There are lots of sets of stairs along the escarpment. Use them! Go up and down then as quickly as possible and you will soon recognize them as a challenge from beginner to champion. We get counts from our team members that they have done 2000, 6000, 8000, 14000 stairs in a week. The vertical challenge is the big benefit. Work at it and soon you will be able to run up them several times before having to slow to a walk. Naturally be careful, be polite and friendly to others using the stairs.
