Importance of Pool Practices:
1. Commit to get fit- together. Pool practices are good cardio workouts.
2. Synchronicity- Paddle TOGETHER with your team. Timing is everything!
3. Technique- It is important to learn proper technique to avoid injury.
4. Meet and Know your teammates... this is how you bond. Bonding is important otherwise you are only a group of individuals. We want to be a unified team
